Communications and Engagement Lead at Kimberly-Clark

I play a cross functional role within our Quality, Regulatory, and Engagement (QRC) team leading executive level presentation and global communication design within both our Quality Communications and Training & Development teams. As the lead designer within QRC, I operate with a high degree of agency to support a wide range of design deliverables.

Current functions include:

• Designing quarterly CEO and leadership presentations
• Developing and hosting live, tri-annual Global Town Halls across all regions
• Innovating AI-powered solutions to coordinate translation and expert review of global operating standards into over 15+ languages
• Supporting a variety of other global teams with training content development and execution

Previous Experience

I supported both the Cyber Security and Data & Analytics teams as lead designer in a similar manner within our Digital Technology Solutions department.

Previous Functions included:

• Leading UI/UX design on proprietary software developed in partnership with our engineering and innovations teams
• Publishing weekly communication spotlighting notable events within our fast-paced industries to an executive leadership audience
• Using storytelling to drive awareness of our team's wins and value adds
